This package is available to homes.

This includes:

  • We offer a flat monthly rate for residential and commercial properties.
  • Our crew can come out more than once per day.
  • Clearing your front walk and the walk to the front door.
  • Clearing snow within 24 hours after a snowfall ends.
  • Unlimited visits after a snowfall. This means if it snows for 30 days per month, we will make 30 visits (up to once per day).
  • Flexible billing date range.

Our crew can take special care of your deck and patio, clear stairs and handrails for safety, and ensure access to garbage bins, mailboxes, and other important features of your property to prevent any lasting damage. Ask us about these services at the time of booking.

We also offer one-time snow removal.

Our Monthly Plan Includes:

  • We offer a flat monthly rate for residential and commercial properties.
  • Our crew can come out more than once per day.
  • Clearing the sidewalk and doorways.
  • Clearing snow within 24 hours after a snowfall ends.
  • Clearing snow every 24 hours for a multi-snow day event.

Our crew will make sure that you abide by your civic duty to keep your property and surrounding sidewalks clear of snow.

Your rate will be determined based on your property’s square footage, and high-traffic areas will be taken into account.

If more than one service is required per day, the additional visits are $62.50/hour with a minimum of one hour per visit.

What's Not Included in Our Monthly Plans

  • Ice melt services are not included in our monthly plan for both commercial and residential customers.
  • Gravel and snow hauling services are also not included in the monthly plan for commercial customers.
  • Any additional plows over the first two in the month are not part of the monthly commercial plan

How much does snow removal cost?

Michael brothers offers residential snow removal packages based on the size of your property, as well as one-time snow removal.

When should I clear snow from my driveway?

According to local bylaws, property owners are required to remove snow and ice from public sidewalks bordering their property within a specified time frame after a snowfall ends. This ensures safe passage for pedestrians and helps maintain community standards.

Can I sign up for half a month, or a portion of the season?

Yes, you can sign up for Snow Services on either the 1st or the 15th of the month & end their contract on the 15th or the last day of the month. This allows you to sign up for the first or last half of a month of your choosing.

I only use a portion of the driveway. Can you only clear a portion of my driveway?

No, we do edge to edge down to the pavement. If you would like your driveway cleared, we will need to clear the whole area for liability reasons. If you are adamant that we only clear a portion – we can see about having them sign off on a liability release.

I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay your crew with cash?

No, our crew does not accept payment. We require a credit card to put on file but you can pay via Cheque or E-Transfer. Payment is collected at the end of each month after services have been rendered.

Do I get a discount if there is no snow during the month that I signed up for?

No, all our crews are kept on standby, so we do not offer discounts if there is no snow during a specific month of your contract. The crews rely on this income to stay on call.

How many times does your crew come out during a continuous snow storm?

Our crews come out once per day during a continuous snow event.
