Keeping a lawn healthy and thriving requires time, effort, and expertise—something many home and business owners simply don’t have. Lawns thrive on consistency, and that’s where we come in. Weekly cuts throughout the growing season will keep your grass healthy and weed-free. A well-maintained lawn naturally chokes out weeds, often eliminating the need for weed killers. We maintain grass at an optimal height of around 2.5 inches—preventing stress and unsightly browning caused by cutting overgrown grass too short. Along with mowing and trimming, we also bag or mulch clippings, clear debris, and leave your yard looking pristine. Our dedicated care ensures your lawn stays lush and healthy year-round.

How are your services billed?

Services are billed once completed. Please provide credit card details upfront when booking. We process payments weekly in the summer and monthly in the winter.

When will you visit my property for lawn maintenance?

We service properties based on postal codes, with designated service days for different areas. To accommodate unpredictable weather, we maintain some flexibility in our scheduling.

What is the usual length of the blade with your lawn cuts?

Typically, the grass is cut to between two and two-and-half-inches. If you want your lawn cut shorter or longer, our crew can accommodate your preferences.

Do I have to sign up for lawn services for the entire season?

You can book weekly lawn services from May to mid-October. A minimum of four consecutive weeks is required when booking.

What is your five-inch policy?

If the grass is less than 5 inches, we will treat it as a regular cut. If the grass is over 5 inches, it takes the crew longer to cut it or sometimes it might require our crew to go over it twice or trim it all down, bag it, and cut it with the mower etc.

Our five-inch policy was put in place to ensure the crews are compensated for their time.

If the grass on your lawn is five inches or longer at the time of the first cut, we will charge the hourly per man per hour with a one-man-hour minimum and the clippings will be bagged and removed for a charge per bag of debris.

We suggest starting cuts with the Spring Clean Up and then keep weekly cuts going to avoid potential hourly charges on the first service. Spring Clean Up should be booked as early as possible so we can schedule your service at the beginning of the season.

When will my lawn services be completed?

Each property is serviced on a day of the week by postal code, if you call our office, we would be happy to let you know. The crew’s do have a day on either side of the day to service the property due to weather.

Can you call me prior to servicing my property?

During spring and fall cleanups, we do not call prior to servicing the property unless you have irrigation, locked gates or dogs. This way you can mark the irrigation if you are having an aeration service completed, unlock the gates and clean up the dog debris.

During weekly lawn services, we do not call prior as you can expect the same day of the week for service (weather dependent).

Do you offer a senior discount?

Yes, we offer 5% off for our senior’s discount.

What is your cancellation policy?

Termination of service requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice by telephone, fax or email. All services performed or scheduled up to the end of 48-hour termination notice will be due and payable immediately.

Do I have to sign up for lawn services for the entire season?

You can book weekly lawn services from May to Mid-October, a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks is required when booking.

We also offer “Holiday cuts”. Holiday cuts are for 2 or 3 consecutive weeks if you are away (or just need a break) and we also offer one-time cuts.
